Gutmanová, Daniela ; Nový, Alois (referee) ; Nový, Vítězslav (advisor)
The aim of the thesis is to define the vision (in concrete proposals) for the functioning of community, socio-social, leisure and other activities in the village. The vision as such emerged on the basis of analyzes already in the last semester, on its basis, we come to the solution of a partial project, which should show the municipality how to go and why. Representatives and residents of Strachotín have for a long time been considering certain steps, construction works of varying extent, which would strengthen the population, their possibilities in using the potential of the place (wine, tourism) and the village returned the lost face. There is only a small distance between the village and the end of the village in the direction of Pálava, but there is an important urban area - the surroundings of the church - which is historically very important and it hides its potential. In my work, I have commissioned him to uncover it and try to inspect what she can offer. Not only for tourists, but also for locals.
Make Partizánska Ľupča great again!
Likavčanová, Lucia ; ArtD, Tomáš Boroš, (referee) ; Mléčka, Jan (advisor)
Proposal of an urban-architectural study for Partizánska Ľupča presents an idea of converting the village center and the Pergler Mill. The proposal responds to the weakening of connections between the public space and its users and aims to restore the interrupted continuity while respecting the unique historical context of the locality. The first part of the proposal deals with the story of the square, the transformation of its functional content over time, and the attempt to reintegrate it into the lives of the inhabitants through minor interventions and reorganization of spatial arrangement. It seeks to find an answer to the complex question of adapting the public space of Ľupča, which has undergone historical development from a pulsating market square of a significant medieval town to today’s form of an empty large paved area in the center of the village. The second part of the proposal is dedicated to the Pergler Mill located on the southwest edge of the square. The transformation of one of the most technically preserved mills in the territory of the Czech Republic and Slovakia aims to reintegrate it into the village’s structure. The last part of the proposal is dedicated to Ľupčianka, a stream that flows from the beginning to the end of the village. Once a significant part of the lives of the inhabitants, it is now an almost invisible element. The ambition of the interventions is not to restore its past use but to bring a new perspective on the potential of this forgotten part of public space. The interventions represent visions of how to complement these places and initiate new experiences and emotions.

Due to the connection of operation of the building, they are connected by means of single-story necks, where the entrance reception or sanitary facilities are located. Pension is a two-storey building, with partial basement. In the above-ground floors there are rooms and accessories, in the underground there are technological facilities and storage spaces, the Boarding house building is connected with the Restaurant building by a basement. In the Restaurant there is a kitchen with storages and accessories. The barn has an open space with large french windows and an admitted roof structure. The basement's vertical load-bearing walls are made of concrete blocks. The above ground walls are designed in Heluz ceramic blocks with a mineral wool ETICS contact insulation system. Horizontal load-bearing structures are cast-in-place reinforced concrete. The roofs are flat with extensive vegetation or pitched with metal roofing and thermal insulation above the rafters.
